1. Air:
YOU CANNOT LIVE 10 MINUTES WITHOUT IT....So deep breath often - IT’S A FREEBEE!! And it’s the best stimulant for all your organs and glands. "The Breath of God is good clean Breath of Fresh Air." When you breath correctly and deeply, it makes exercising a pleasure. "TO BREATHE IS TO LIVE, NOT TO BREATH IS TO DIE!!" Air is the most important function in raising the bodies vitality to its HIGHEST POTENTIAL and the more air you get into your body, the more wastes and poisons your body is going to burn up. REMEMBER, there’s no such thing as a disease - just a polluted body.
2. Water
YOU CANNOT LIVE 100 HOURS WITHOUT IT!! Try to make it DISTILLED, (if you’re drinking your tap water, you’re drinking the nations processed sewer water) as distilled is the purest water known and is the best drink for PERFECT KIDNEY HEALTH. It’s so pure that it’s the PERFECT LIQUID for the Blood. Remember: YOU CAN’T GET CLEAN WATER OUT OF A DIRTY PIPE.
Tap water is only good for washing windows. The Best Sources of GOOD PURE WATER ARE: 1) from the juices of fruits and vegetables - NATURES PURIFIED WATER OR; 2) STEAMED DISTILLED.
3. Sunshine:
Your body craves Solar Energy. Every living organism or being depends on the sun for its very existence. The Sunshine is the greatest promoter of digestion, healing, life, fertility and is nature’s nerve tonic. It increases the quality of your Blood by 25%. It helps to control your weight and utilise your foods better. It’s among the best known stimulant for the Sex Glands. And it helps more ailments than all the drugs in the world.
Don’t overdo your sunbathing as it WILL be harmful - DO NOT sunbathe between 11am and 2pm. The HOT infra-red burning rays are too strong and you can’t tan then. BEST TIMES - sun up ‘till 11am and 2pm till sundown as that’s when the ultra violet tanning rays are the best!! I never recommend any more than 2 hours at any one period of sunbathing. (By the inch...it’s a cinch, by the yard...it’s hard.).
A very helpful, healthful HINT: when you lay in the sun try to have your feet to the SOUTH and head to the NORTH (ALSO WHEN SLEEPING) and to lay at least 1/3 of your time with your head lower than your feet. This way your blood nourishes the Brain and takes wastes from the legs and feet to the heart for purification.
4. Nutrition:
Make this an important aspect in the realm of HEALTH. Whatsoever was the father of a disease; an ill-diet was the mother. How strange a creature is man, who will at times go to such extremes to preserve his life, only to shorten it at the dinner table! He will eat and drink anything put in front of him but check very carefully the oil he puts in his car. Death is brought to the Body when it is so bogged down and saturated with toxic poisons from poor nutrition that it can no longer function. I have noticed that to many people, Health is nothing until they’ve lost it! When God made our bodies he made perfect law and order - when we violate these, we have to suffer the consequences. Eat Graciously and Scientifically.

5 Physical Fitness:
He who cannot find time for exercise will have to find time for illness (WALK 1 HOUR EVERY DAY - BRISKLY). Remember, your waistline is your lifeline and dateline. Best exercise of all is Walking and there’s no special equipment needed other than a good pair of shoes. Next to walking, swimming is the best. Don’t forget to exercise your muscles - when you don’t use them you loose them. They keep all your vital organs and glands in place to work properly. There has never been a change that brought blessing to humanity which wasn’t ridicled at first - So let them laugh at you as you get into your health, as you never get tackled unless you’re running with the ball. There’s a price tag on everything in life. "There ain’t no free lunch, when you dance - you pay the fiddler!". STAY IN SHAPE and in tune with the Natural Laws of LIFE.

1. Salt
Nothing is so misleading as to think we need salt for minerals (Best Source of minerals - fruit and vegetables - everything else is second rate or toxic to the system). Salt is undoubtedly the #1 HEALTH DESTROYER. It’s the leading cause of all HEART AND KIDNEY diseases. If one out of every two deaths in this country alone are attributed to heart diseases, then it stands to reason SALT is the #1 Health Destroyer - agreed?!? Salt is a DEADLY inorganic substance and contains NO organic minerals, vitamins, enzymes, or nutrients. It has a drying effect on the entire body and dries out the Hair and Scalp (other than stress, salt is the chief cause of baldness).
FACTS: Salt.....
1) Waterlogs the tissues.
2) Robs the calcium from the body.
3) Paralyses the 260 taste buds in the mouth.
4) Is a HEART POISON.
5) Increases irritability of the Nervous System.
6) Is a deadly poison to all fowl.
7) Is a leading cause of high blood pressure.
To show you how toxic salt is, chemically broken down (SODIUM CHLORIDE) it’s a lethal poison - STAY AWAY from it.
The reason why you drink so much water after you eat salt (or SALT PILLS) is that your body is trying to wash the POISONS out of your stomach via the kidneys.
Once salt has been completely eliminated from the diet and normal natural eating habits are formed, it will take from 1 to 3 years to rid the body of the Toxic Poisons the Salt Caused!!
2. Refined Sugar:
I couldn’t begin to tell you all the Hazards of eating Sugar! Countless books and articles have been written about this 2nd HEALTH DESTROYER. There is nothing so expensive as ignorance in ACTION so gather more information about this lifeless, Health Destroyer. FACTS: Sugar...
1) Is the leading cause of stress.
2) Increases blood sugar level.
3) Depletes ALL the B-Vitamins.
4) Leaches all the calcium from the hair, bones and teeth (the chief reason for so much tooth decay in children is from the junk SUGAR foods). This is truly the second most deficient and toxic food on the face of the earth. Treat it as a poison!!
5) Develops high blood cholesterol.
6) Causes Arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).
7) Overstimulates the production of insulin and alkaline digestive juices.
8) Interferes with the absorption of protein, calcium and other minerals.
Retards the growth of valuable intestinal bacteria.
10) A major contributing factor to diabetes and it injures the pancreas in such a way that it malfunctions with the proper digestive juices and can’t supply the insulin correctly - NO ENERGY - Constant fatigue - it is NOT A PICK UP but a DOWNER!!

3. Enriched Flours:
A very incomplete, depleted, deficient food. NATURE NEVER GREW A WHITE GRAIN. As you know, your grains have been BLED white! Use only whole grain flour - either home-made or from your local health Food Store! Enriched flours are the most constipating of all the FOODS - They form ACIDS in the Body which cannot be neutralised by the secretions of the Body. Definitely throw this POISON, or products containing enriched flours, in the TRASH. Causes as many ailments as salt and sugar including...constipation - could very easily be described as the #3 HEALTH DESTROYER.
4. Hydrogenated Oils:
You’ll find these oils in margarine’s, butters, shortenings, peanut butter, canned goods-packed in oil, fried foods at restaurants, lards, etc. I never recommend using these oils because of the length of time for digestion. They coat the stomach walls an intestines to block off all possible ways to get the nutrients out of the food plus your digestive juices can’t do their job of breaking the food down. But if you are persistent in using oils - MAKE THEM COL PRESSED NATURAL OILS (found at most health food stores) and ONLY use safflower oil, sesame oil, olive oil, Soya oil, corn oil, avocado oil, walnut oil, peanut oil, sunflower seed oil, almond oil or apricot oil. READ LABELS ON EVERY FOOD YOU BUY. If hydrogenated oil is in the product the law requires that it be written on the label. Think about this one now. There’s no way your body can use hydrogenated oils as it takes a temperature of 300 degrees or more just to break them down an since your body is 98.6 degrees, it’s absurd to think of eating them. DEFINITELY CAUSES obesity, diarrhoea, malnutrition and could easily be listed as the 4th HEALTH DESTROYER.
5. Milk:
Milk and milk products are a NO-No. The only 3 milk products I suggest are: 1) Soya; 2) Seed and Nut milks (including coconut milk) and of course; 3) mother’s breast milk (for nursing only). Milk is a national menace and its drinkers are always full of mucous, coughs, headaches colds and flu. Remember than pasteurised milk products lack the necessary enzymes, vitamins and minerals need to maintain Good Health.It’s known to any farmer that if you feed pasteurised milk to a baby calf, it’ll die in 6 weeks of malnutrition.
Mother’s breast milk is high in phosphorous (a brain food) and cow’ milk is high in calcium (for bone structure). The human Baby develops its brain first while the cow develops it bone structure first. So you see it’s absurd to feed on cow’s milk especially for an infant! Also , cow’s milk is 300 times as potent in casein (which furnishes a number of amino acids for supplying the protein molecules to build bone structure that will carry the body’s weight) as mother’s milk - A human develops twice its weight in 7 weeks - THUS mother’s milk for babies and cow’s milk for cows - AGREED?!?

7) Causes all kinds of allergies and is not fit for human infants. Milk after weaning is ABNORMAL; it seems that man is the only creature on the face of the earth who continue to drink milk after he’s been weaned an who drinks milk from another species!!
